Taipei, 25 June 2026 – At the intersection of technology and sport, the World Digital Sports Alliance (WDSA) and the Chinese Taipei Esports Association (CTESA) have established a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), creating a platform to explore the next generation of digital sports development in the region.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Sebastian Lau, General Secretary of WDSA, and Mr. Yu Chin-Liang, Secretary General of CTESA, in Taipei on 24 June 2026. The signing ceremony was witnessed by WDSA Marketing Director, Mr. Jeff Lam and CTESA Deputy Secretary General, Ms. Grace Chen.
This partnership reflects the shared commitment of WDSA and CTESA to drive innovation at the intersection of technology and sport. Both organizations will explore collaboration in artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and digital sports technologies, while leveraging the region’s strengths in integrating technology into the sports industry. By combining WDSA's international network with CTESA's expertise in esports and technology ecosystem, the partnership aims to unlock new opportunities and advance the digital sports industry in the region.
